Everything was fine, had a comfortable stay on a road trip from uk to Kiev in The Ukraine. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Classic car show in March/April and still quiet. It also was close to the train station. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation, totally recommend it.

The modern bathroom with underfloor heating was absolute bliss. It was like a warm embrace for my feet in the chilly morning. Plus, the cozy air-conditioned studios were akin to a snug retreat after a day of exploring.

Earplugs would be ideal for a peaceful night.

i liked it as it was easy distance from the railway station and close too the centre.

i would have liked more then one pillow which made it uncomfortable,and i think it should more like four as standard.i was also surprised that it didnt have a iron and ironing board in the room.

Il Mulino, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the food and rooms, the property has everything you need for a vacation. Really close to the airport, 19 miles.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the main railway station. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were quite well.

Had a solid stay with smooth WiFi and a comfy bed for great sleep. After a full day, I loved unwinding in the sauna and enjoying the steam room. Just a heads up, the heating in the room felt a bit warm at first, but nothing major! 😊

I travelled to Essen by train and the hotel was within easy walking distance of the station and the town centre, restaurants, shops etc including the place I was visiting on business. The hotel, while basic, was very clean and pleasant place to stay for a short visit.

I had no major complaints with the exception of the very bad towels in the bathroom and the use of squeeze bottles for soap and no shampoo or face cloths.

Free travel pass for the buses and trains was really usefull as hotel is very close to the station.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast. Quiet rooms except for some traffic when open window and a bit noisy air conditioner, but it didn't really bother me. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Internet connection was useless. Slow and unstable connection, and a bit on the expensive side as well. Absolutely not worth paying for.

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were light, spacious and airy. Beds were comfortable

we were not allowed to use the breakfast area to play games. As a hotel accommodating people during the world's largest games expo this was a serious problem and led to many people shunning the hotel in the evenings to go to (e.g.) the Ibis down the road which did allow this. My room was not cleaned at all one day, despite a 'please make up this room' notice left on door handle.
